    Hi,

    Given that your phone lines are down until 4th Aug, can you advise how best I can renew my Climote subscription within the 10 day period outlined?

    Hi Feasog Dearg,

    We are unable to deal with any account related queries at the moment due to the system upgrade, but we can assure you that we will take the time frame of this upgrade into account when dealing with any customers looking for a price plan that is due to expire.

    If you can confirm the following details for us via private message, we will take a look at your account next week or you can call our colleagues in the Sales team on 1850 305 090 on Tuesday morning. It will be business as usual from 8am.

    - Your full name
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Your contact number or date of birth
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then look into your query for you.
