    R9 270X €170
    i3 4160 €120
    H81M board €60
    Zalman A1 €20
    1tb HDD €55
    8gb RAM €55
    400w PSU €50
    Total €530

Buy from Amazon, scan or Alternate, prices should be fairly similar.
EU Amazon's may be better value

This'll play pretty much any game, GTAV Med-High for example

    Any questions ask away

Thanks but prob abit overkill even.

    Ill give more details.

Dont want it to be a full huge size pc/case.
    Dont mind second hand.

Thats an matx case, not near full size

The GPU and CPU are only second hand parts I'd risk

Skyrim is grand buy I'm not sure how your simulations would run on a dual core if you downgraded

GPU can come down €100 to second hand 660Ti or 650Ti

What about an AMD processor? Athlon X4 860K ?
    £30 cheaper than the i3.

Nowhere near the performance of an i3 though, you could if you wanted but it's a bad call when you can afford the i3
