Rain stopped 5pm (total 11.4mm); bit of sunshine but blustery and lots of yellow birch leaves blowing in the wind....Autumn is near.

Now 15.5C which is today's high - the wind has gone back to a generally SW direction.

6mm of rain here near Tralee ( some around 6.00 and most as the front passed over an hour or so both sides of midday )

Having being very dull and overcast all morning with car and house lights on, the afternoon thankfully brightened up nicely and got up to 18.3C and the wind picked up as it veered to the SW getting up to 40 kph, lighter this evening. The wind helped the grass to dry out enough for cutting this evening.
