    I AM 4DAYS OLD ON JOBSEEKERS ALLOWANCE, BUT I HAVE BEEN ON SUPPLEMENTARY WELFARE ALLOWANCE FOR 6YEARS. DO I QUALIFY FOR BACK TO EDUCATION ALLOWANCE.
