    "Once submitted, you will receive your 365 personal identification number (PIN) within 10 working days by post."

    What you don't mention is that once you get your PIN by post you must then phone BOI to get online 365 access activated.

    What is the point of having a form to fill out online if you still have to phone BOI?


    You should just provide the phone number on your website if your going to insist on a phone call.

    You only find out that you still have to phone BOI after filling out the online form -wasting peoples time and annoying.
