Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One for us to come back and laugh at in 9 months time!

    Table:

    1) Chelsea
    2) Arsenal
    3) Manchester City
    4) Manchester United

    5) Liverpool
    6) Tottenham
    7) Everton

    8) Stoke
    9) Palace
    10) Southampton

    11) Swansea
    12) Newcastle
    13) West Brom
    14) Aston Villa
    15) West Ham *
    16) Sunderland
    17) Norwich
    18) Leicester
    19) Watford
    20) Bournemouth

    * Presuming West Ham make the group stages of the Europa League.

Player of the Year: Eden Hazard

Young Player of the Year: Raheem Sterling

Manager of the Year: It'll be Jose if Chelsea win it again, but I think Mark Hughes will have another excellent season at Stoke despite losing N'Zonzi (Begovic isn't as much of a loss as is made out IMO).

    Top Scorer: Sergio Aguero

    Most Assists: David Silva

Best Signing: James Milner on a free was a superb piece of business, a very underrated player. I also think Wijnaldum could prove to be an excellent acquisition for Newcastle. Gun to my head I say Yohan Cabaye. He has the ability in the centre of midfield to single-handedly push Palace on another level.

Biggest Flop: I think West Ham are in for a struggle and will concede a fair few goals so I'll go for £10m man (fee per BBC and others) Angel Ogbonna.

Overachievers: Norwich, who will obviously have survival as their target.

Underachievers: West Ham. If they qualify for the group stages of the Europa League they'll really struggle IMO. Even if they don't I think they'll still underachieve. I don't think Bilic was a good appointment at all.

Any other categories feel free to add.

Cant decide 18th between Leicester and Sunderland. If Sunderland can have a good few weeks in the transfer window, Id swap them and Leicester.

Player of the Year: Mesut Ozil

Young Player of the Year: Memphis Depay

Manager of the Year: Jose Mourinho

    Top Scorer: Sergio Aguero

    Most Assists: Mesut Ozil

    Best Signing: Petr Cech

Biggest Flop: Wickham, over priced and will fall behind Bamford. Good deal for Sunderland.

Overachievers: West Brom to push for top ten and Norwich to be well clear of danger.

Underachievers: West Ham, Leicester and Newcastle all to struggle with the last two making questionable manager choices. Sherwood to blow the Benteke money.

West Ham out of the Europa League now anyway which is obviously what they wanted. I still think they'll struggle however but not as much now.

I recall a similar Europa League strategy working out well for Hull last season.....

I can't see Chelsea winning it again. They have pretty much the same squad, if you're not moving forward, you're going backwards. Also Costa is starting his injury troubles early this year. I thought they'd make one or two biggish signings to supplement their attack but I think it's kinda weak now in terms of goals.

    City for the league.
Chelsea to struggle to make the top 4.
    Everton to get Europa.
Leicester to fail miserably at attempting to stay up.
    Spurs to perform poorly.

Bound to get one right. :pac:
