    I need a paper stament by post with my balance I have until today,
    I check the Online Service Desk and appears
    -Order a Duplicate Statement
    -Order a Balance Certificates
    but I have been reading some post, and look like I need a up-to-date statment 
    is up-to-date statment the Balance Certificates?
    or which one is better for me?

    I did call but that says that my last statement was done 10 of July, and
    but from that day to today, I did some transation, and I need the statement until today,
    how can I get this?

    You can order an up to date statement from the 10th of July till today via the phone service. To order an up to date statement on your bank account please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 select option 1, then option 5 then select 1 again.
