Hi Guys, I'm thinking of getting a team together organising a half marathon in my home town/village next July.. I've done lots of runs this distance and seen what's work and more importantly what hasnt. What kind of lead in time would you need though in terms of getting the course certified and permits granted etc.?? I'd…

Hi Guys, I'm thinking of getting a team together organising a half marathon in my home town/village next July.. I've done lots of runs this distance and seen what's work and more importantly what hasnt. What kind of lead in time would you need though in terms of getting the course certified and permits granted etc.?? I'd like to do this 'by the book' and keep everything well run, but I dont want to leave things too late.
