Hey thinking about setting up a B and B as I have a nice house with 5 bedrooms and 4 ensuite. The area I live gets a very good summer trade from May to September. Just wondering roughly what would people make off doing B and B in there homes. Like in my area people are getting 40 per person. Seems to be a good idea as…

Ya I was thinking air B and B cause there is less regulations. Can you also use booking.com
Or do you need to be with feilte ireland.
Also during the summer months what occupancy percentage are people having? Over 50%? Or more like 80%?
