Connection problems

    Hi everyone

    Posting for my daughter who is abroad.

    Her iPhone 5c won't allow her to access any internet or apps except for viber.She is relying on wi-fi as she is away and has tried 4 different network connections.This is a new problem as she is away since May and its only in the last week she is having trouble.

    Has anyone any idea what the problem may be?

    Try resetting network settings, then if no change, call the carrier.

    Is she on Bill pay or PAYG? And when she searches for a carrier/network (in Settings) can you find out what options she sees?

    Also, find out what provider she's with and ask them here, Three, Vodafone etc, have dedicated sites.
