Cant access the CIBSE guide right now as am on the road, stuck in traffic, so just wonder does anyone have a figure to hand for the energy required, in kWhs per square meter per annum for normal office accommodation, two storey, 1,500 sq m gross area located in the midlands.

    Thanks

    much obliged.
    just for completeness
dug out the CIBSE TM 46 from 2008 and for general office it says 95 kW-h/sqm for elec and 120 for fossil fuel thermal, based on Gross Internal area so 200 all in is perfect, thanks again.
