    Hi

I am looking for an AV receiver and speakers. I won't be using any rear speaks for the moments o I guess it will be just 3.1.
Ideally I like 4K and upscaling  in-case I get a 4k TV, at least 4 HDMI in and support for online services.

Would you be able to recommend anything. I would be on a budget of €500-€600.

    Thanks

    Hi nthside_cycle.

Getting all those features in a A?V receiver is not that cheap. (4k upscaling and onlin services are only on the middle and higher spec'ed units.
Ideal starting point would be the Sonyu STRDN1050 priced at 449.99 Euro (Inc Delivery)

For speakers there are no 3.1 packs, they would all be 5.1. You could just keep the other two speakers out of the way until you decided to use them.

You could put together a 3.1 setup but it would cost more than some of the full 5.1 packs.

Have a little look at the following:
Starting at the Yamaha NSP40 pack priced at 149.99 Euro (Inc Delivery) - (Although I feel the 1050 would be wasted on these).

Tannoy SFX 5.1 priced at 249.99 Euro (Inc Delivery)

Tannoy TFX 5.1 priced at 264.00Euro (Inc Delivery)

Let me know what you think.

    Any questions please ask.
