Samsung Note 2 LCD screen and Digitizer

    Hi.

I was living in Korea for a few years and brought home my Samsung Note 2. I dropped it here in Ireland and I broke the screen. I brought it to two phone fixing specialists and they said it would need a new LCD screen and digitizer. They said the Korean versions have different software and hardware than the European ones so basically a screen and digitizer from here will not work on my phone. All the terminology kind of went over my head so I am asking you kind people....is there any hope of getting it fixed in Ireland or UK....?

    Much appreciated.

You could buy the part online, aliexpress, etradesupply or ebay has it all really, it just needs to be the exact model of your phone.

Not sure about Note 2s but its normally stamped under the battery, if its removable. When you have the parts ring up the centres and ask will they replace them, just a switch of parts

If they refuse get a cheapo screwdriver and spudger set for €3 and get a guide online, something the size of the Note 2 won't be overly difficult
