I hope they do a first, second and third rather than just who wins

They haven't done a second or a third since 2011 - the last time they had three finalists instead of four.

And they almost certainly won't do a second or a third this year.

    Just saying.

Kellie moves in slow mo with basic moves that are some what kid like.
Piggy backs and jazz hands. Geez
    Georgia can really dance

I've never quite understood her popularity myself.

The filler is still not nearly as bad as X Factor, as boring as this is.

Nice to see what Otie can do :)

Should Wee Daniel have progressed further in the competition?

Kirsty, Carol and (naturally) Jeremy only have good memories.

And Jamelia... doesn't look to have fully gotten over her elimination.

    Group performance. Ooh.

There's only 1 winner according to the bookies

    Green peppers or red tomatoes?

Ready Steady Cook was great... :o:D;)

That's nonsense. None of Kellie's dances have slow with basic moves tonight. Georgia is obviously your favourite which is fine but don't build her up by posting trash about the other dancers. That has never been the spirit of posters in this thread.

I always looked forward to Ainsley

As no doubt many others across Britain and Ireland will be saying now, "At long last..." :o:o:D:D;);)

Aliona made some strange choices with their dances tonight. But it paid off.

    Public over ruled the judges
    HA
    Go JAY

:pac: Clearly Aliona knows something the rest of us don't! I thought he was the poorest of the three, tbh.

I think any of them would have been worthy winners, personally Jay was my least favourite, but the public seemed to love him.

Well done Jay and Aliona. I'm sorry Georgia didn't win but Jay and Aliona were fantastic too.

    Well done Jay. Great final

Jay and Aliona look like they don't even understand how they won.

The bookies were right. The bookies were absolutely right. :o:o   :D:D;);)

So the wait for a hat-trick of female winners - indeed, the wait for a hat-trick of winners of either gender - goes on.

And that's my final word on the matter. :o:o;)

  • Registered Users Posts: 36,002 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

If they were single they would be a couple
There is love there that can't be acted upon

Now they have to pay out with a smile! He's been odds on for so long that there must have been some amount bet on him.

    Very true.

Hats off to the 2 of them for keeping it professional

Congratulations to Jay. The most consistent dancer throughout the series. Upstaged in the final tonight to a certain degree it must be said.
