Ballyroan House and Ballyroan Lodge

Does anybody have any info on the above two properties in Ballyroan, Dublin 16. As far as I know they are derelict, I have only seen photos. I would love to have a look around them or find out who owns them/are there any plans for the development of the land.

I thought Ballyroan House was a private residence??
Didn't realise it was derelict.

Hi there,I'm currently Ballyroan House's postman and there are a few people living in the house,and I think it is on a rented basis.The house in general is in a bad state of repair and it's very sad to see.There was a clearing of bushes and trees to the front of the house recently.Ballyroan lodge is derelict and boarded up.
