Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rate has nothing to do with the threshold afaik.
Hmm... Yeah but the rate is calculated from the threshold isnt'it?

It needs 100% to go up or down. If 100% = 30k transfers out instead of 20k transfers out, the rate per hour is gonna be lower because it needs more transfers out to reach the 100% right ?

I had taken it as % change of ownership but its called "progress per hour" on the site so you may be right.

I'm sorry but Gomis being shipped out at a faster rate than Silva and Benteke (both injured) and Costa (banned) is just mental. He may even drop again tomorrow night.

Good for someone considering him for probably 5 weeks or so :)

    Imagine Vardy go up

Due to Rise: Payet, Martial, Pelle, Dier, Sanchez, Vardy

De Bruyne only at 34% is nice.
Gives me time to make a transfer decision.

Have 3 of them. Sold Pelle for Martial with WC last GW though.

Looks like Sanchez wont rise tonight.
Big rugby game probably means a lot of players haven't watched MOTD.
Tough fixture of course next week.

Speroni will be back in the mix soon too though. Would be staying away from the Palace keepers at this stage...better options out there that are nailed on.

Ah crap. Wilson may drop too. Back to panicking!! :(

130% on FFFIX and only 95% on FPLS.

Nearly nade up my mind on Sahko but would have liked a look at Berahino too.

gomis going down 0.1 wont hurt me 'cause I got him at 7.2

he's going out... not sure for who? sacko at the moment... or vardy... or berahino...

Vardy on 71% so hopefully he can sneak a rise tonight.
A 0.3 rise is on the cards if he can.

No! Gomes and Wilson dropped 0.1 on my team as well even though I had them at a price less than their market value. Just lost 0.2 Million there. Thought it might have happened but decided to risk it in case it wouldn't happen. Not clued into the rules fully yet! Now wait on Berahino tonight and see how he performs!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,830 ✭✭✭✭dahat

Nearly certain i haven,t caught a price drop so far this season, the only bright light....

Myhill and Sanchez gaining for me last night.

Vardy is the obvious move here. He'll probably gain another .2 before the week is out and he has a tasty fixture against Norwich.

I've never agreed with the whole system of losing .1 as soon as your player goes down in price, but having to wait for a .2 rise in in price to gain .1. Very unfair.

Without the '.2 rise needed before your value rises .1' limitation it would be too easy in an early wildcard to increase your value by £5M and put yourself in a position to be able to afford every single player.

I'm not sure the system would handle it, but I'd love if you could sell a player at any stage and not bring in his replacement for a few days. It would obviously have to happen mid GW so everyone has 15 players come deadline but wouldn't it be nice to sell someone on Saturday before their price drops but still have the rest of the week to think about a replacement?

I know I'm selling Gomis but would love to wait till closer to the weekend to select his replacement.

Didn't seethat coming myself. Thankfully doesn't cost me any resale. Gomezthe same, but he's possibly gonna drop again before Sat. :(

Wasn't expecting Silva to drop. I know he's red flagged but he's down as being expected back this weekend.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,651 ✭✭✭greedygoblin

Yaya was nowhere near dropping last night going by FPLstats. I think they had him somewhere around -70%. Held off on a transfer of him to KdB based on that. :(

Hadn't realised Ayew was dropping...That's gonna cost me 0.1 resale
At least Vardy got another rise.

Do you think Bentaleb has bottomed out at 4.3 now ? Nice price for a fifth midfielder.

    Wilson dropping again tonight?

Yaya back in training for CL match.

Joe Gomez dropped as expected, but had him at 4.5m so the drop to 4.7m isn going to affect me, will he be ok til next gameweek before dropping again?

Not playing though. I shipped out Anya before he dropped for Cattermole - probably the safest of the few at 4.3 in terms of game time

Wanyama at southampton close to dropping to 4.3, safter option than card magnet Cattermole

I checked yesterday and he wasnt anywhere near a drop, i thought he was even positive, they must've seen him play a cold tuesday night in stoke.

I've already dumped wilson for berahino.

Is any of the following in real danger of a drop by the weekend? (in your opinions, i know i can check fplstatistics and i do but didnt see shaqiri dropping that quick)

Myhill, Kolorov, Gomez, Francis, Hazard, Moses, Mahrez, Shaqiri again, Aguero,

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,096 ✭✭✭✭the groutch

I could definitely see an Aguero drop of he draws a blank tonight in the CL.

Yoid be mad to dump Aguero with his next few fixtures, price drop or not. He should definitely pick up a few points, I hope.

87.3% with a 0.64%/hour rising rate around this time.

Shaqiri is a very weird one. He was at -21.3% with a -0.77% dropping rate around 12:30 am. So FFF was completely off the mark here.

About your other players, Gomez & Agüero could fall. The other ones (bar Hazard but very far from a drop) are on the rise.

I wonder if Wanyama has bottomed out now. Quite tempting as bench fodder in a 3-4-3.

I'd say there's a fair chance he has. He nearly got a goal (very hard luck) last weekend and had that gone in he wouldn't have dropped to 4.3
