single dad need advice

    Hi
    I seperated from my x partner 5 yrs ago and she has recently married. We bought an affordable house in2008 which she still lives in with new hubby and our 2 kids.
    Yo till now ive been paying toward the house and kids but ive told her i cant afford to pay toward mortgage any more and only maintainance for kids.
    Am i legally bound to pay toward house as my name is still on it along with hers and are there any legal implications if i stop paying i should be aware of?
