    What do need to do to move my account from 2nd to a 3rd level account?

    To update your account to a 3rd Level account, please call into your branch with a photo ID such as a valid passport or driving license and a letter from your 3rd Level college confirming your attendance. You can find more information on our 3rd Level accounts at this link.
