Solicitor fees when swtiching mortgage

Hi - I am planning to switch mortgage from KBC to PTSB. What would the deal be with solicitors? Exactly the same as if I was buying a brand new house or should I expect cheaper? PTSB will give 1k towards the legal fees - is it reasonable to think I could get all my legal stuff sorted with that 1k? and can anyone recommend…
