    Hi,

Has anyone ever taken out a full repair and insuring lease on a residential property? I am wondering what percent the rent would normally be reduced by if one had this type of lease. (this is a theoretical question only!)

    Thanks in advance

Rubbish, you need an insurable interest to insure it. An FRI lease will provide such an interest as the lessee has the obligation to insure and to deliver after the end of the term.

Tell that to fleet/PCP car drivers as a consumer example. Once you've an insurable interest you can
