    Hi Guys,

    I requested a statement via the banking 365 phone system, it confirmed my last statement was on 29/5/15, will it re issue that or issue a new one as I need a up to date statement.

    Hi Iseedeadpixels, 

    Thanks for your post.

    When you request a statement on the automated phone system, this generates an up to date statement to be issued.

    So the statement you request will be from 29/05/2015 up to the date you ordered your bank statement.
