Over in Italy, this anti-establishment theme ('the western spring'), will continue with gusto! Matteo Renzi’s constitutional reforms will be rejected.

No real value in this constitutional Referendum, very short but the BP is currently with B'way @1.3. Perhaps again, false state-backed pollster data will create better prices in early counting (Exit polls: 10pm GMT) and first projections: (Just after 10.30pm), before reality sets in, shortly after the first provisional results at 11pm.

It will likely lead to the downfall of Renzi, a snap election with M5S doing well - thereby creating a eu membership referendum, and Italy will 'within years' leave the EU, followed by France.
