People have a right to protest but they dont have a right to terrify the living daylights out of 2 women in a car! Imagine if it was your mother sister wife etc and a load of what must of looked like crazed animals shaking the f out of there car. Peaceful my arse! Mob rule at its best! It would remind you of what goes on in some arab country where law and order has totally collapsed. Just saying! They should only get a slap on the wrist though & sent back to the hardcore waterprotester camp as heroes. Not!

    Well because its not.

Im afraid the truth and simple fact is that Numbers are falling off at the mass protests. Many people are not paying because they are waiting to see what happens in the long run.

Hate to brake this to you but this isn't the crusade you were hoping for

Many of the people I know who were involved in the movement at the start distanced them self when they realized what some of their fellow protesters are.

You must have me mixed up with someone else. Crusade? I've no idea what your on about.

People aren't paying because they already pay and they have drawn a line in the sand. Now I know that's difficult to take for the government side but them the facts. IW is failing, 70% of the nation isn't on board.

Why would our mother and sister be surrounded by water protesters ? Emote it all one wants random people where not surrounded. Going on about this in this emotive way is clearly ridiculous. For one Mine have no access to armoured cars or loads of Garda.

Nothing really, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I heard a water protestor p1ssed in a swimming pool once, now pay your bills, you scroungers!

    from the first link ,

"A 19-year-old who allegedly threw a brick at a garda car during the Jobstown protest was one of four people arrested by gardai this morning."

he is named and all, despite the allegations originally that he was

    A) a under cover garda
    B) paid by the garda
    C) photo shopped

or is your contention that he was just having a day out in tallaght and would have been planning to throw bricks at the police anyway that day

He was involved in an incident in relation to a arrest warrant being carried out, Nothing to do with the water protest Hours after the protest.

But it did and when the proof was presented it was called lies then police tricks the government tricks and then media tricks. After all that was disproved you fall back position is that it didn't happen inside a strictly defined time frame?

the denial of reality is a serious issue here methinks

    According to RTE just now.

"Dublin councillors are due to be charged with the false imprisonment of the Tánaiste and her special advisor last year.

RTÉ News has learned that Socialist Party TD Paul Murphy and two Anti-Austerity Alliance councillors, Kieran Mahon and Mick Murphy, are to face two charges of falsely imprisoning Labour leader Joan Burton and Karen O'Connell at Fortunestown Road in Jobstown on 15 November 2014.

They are among 27 people to be charged in connection with the incident in Tallaght.

Thirteen are to be charged with false imprisonment, while 14 others will be charged with violent disorder or criminal damage.

They include men, women and juveniles. Some are facing multiple charges.

RTÉ News understands that the process of charging the 27 people by summons has already begun and those summonses to appear in court are expected to be issued by next week and then served."

How the f*** can this be called justice.?

The media are acting as the delivery of summons.

Middle Ireland has stood up and was not found wanting.

Anyone with any sense could see that this would happen.

Suck it up lad, Paulie has plenty of clem to spunk on his defense, nice to see it being drained instead of taxpayers money.:D

Im glad to see these people charged, it appears that a certain section of society seem to think they are entitled to take what they want and do what they want whenever they want.
