Got my tracking number monday night - it was sent from Netherlands yesterday, processed and left the UK this morning, hopefully have it tomorrow!

Possibly a bug, while waiting on my voucher code. I closed the window and got an email saying I still had an item in my basket and the free delivery was applied once I got back.

Same here. I was trying the mobile trick (from Techmaster's post) on a bluetooth speaker and went as far as checkout, but didn't confirm the order. Now it's not working when I try again. I assumed it was because I'd "used" it.

The £5 voucher and free express delivery are still working though.

Complain and get a voucher! They're fairly sound when I've dealt with them. They replaced a pair of earphones after 8 months for me with no hassle at all.

Ordered the keyboard two days out. It was showing out of stock, but not in any rush for it and it's a fantastic price.

Sadly, however a K811 some how ended up in my basket. It wasn't there on the final page when I clicked buy, so not sure how it ended up in my ordered. Either way, I ended up getting charged £97.49 instead of £7.50. I have already contacted them and they said they have cancelled the second keyboard order, but haven't gotten any confirmation yet or a refund of the £89.99.

Will update and let you know how their customer care goes. So far, they have been very polite and apologetic.

No I'm not nor am I going to. :rolleyes: The OP suggested complaining to get a free delivery. I merely stated the website is a joke in relation to complaints based on a previous issue I have had with them. I stated mine was delayed which I am in no major rush to receive.
