    I'm getting the message:
    We are unable to process your request at this time, please try again later.
    I have been unable to access my account since I had my User ID & pin reset.

    We have checked and can confirm that Banking 365 Online is operating as normal.

    Can we ask that your refresh your browser and try log on again?

    If after this you are still unsuccessful please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 while you have access to a computer and a representative will be happy to assist you.
