Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lovely! How sweet that is to see Pau Lopez make such a mistake at the Camp Nou, very satisfying.

Espanyol GK makes another mistake and it leads to a goal. Add that to the kick straight to Suarez a few minutes ago and it convinces me this match is fixed

Think that got the biggest cheer of the Catalan crowd this evening. What. A. Howler!

    Nonsense

Do you actually believe Espanyol would willingly help Barca win the League?

Fck me what has happened to Valencia. They're such a different team now. They could still win this! A draw is certainly on the cards. What a goal!

Goal! 5-0, Dani Alves with an Iniesta like lobbed ball to find Suarez who squares it to Neymar to tap in. The goals just keep on coming.

    You are easily convinced.

Atletico chasing the win and caught on the counter. Oh wow! That's harsh.

Atletico threw away the league trying to hold on to a one goal lead at likely relegated Gijon and relegated Levante. They barely beat probably relegated Rayo.

Good to see it catch up on them.

They got a dose of their own medicine.
It would be a travesty if their industrial football won the league .

Barcelona's last 5 games were such that they were extremely unlikely to ever mess up.

The teams they've played have barely put up a fight. Not Barca's fault though.

I'd prefer them to win La Liga anyway. Atletico are admirable, but it's hard to get behind them IMO, and Real don't really deserve it after the Rafa debacle tbh.

An underdog that competes with a -% of what Barca/Real spend on transfer fees and wages, a fcuking travesty!

A bit like Leicester this season..

What do Granada need to stay up or is their H2h such that they are already safe?

I'm all for the underdog but Atletico play an ugly style of football and I don't like their cynical nature.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,378 ✭✭✭Brendan Flowers

A Barcelona win is a victory for football.

Despite what goes on behind the scenes you'd have to include Real here as well.

Although what exactly is a win for football? I know you are probably referring to playing style. But you could also argue that Atletico winning would be a win for football as they have got to this position without goes out and spending hundreds of millions on players to buy their way to success.

Already safe. Better head to head against both Getafe and Gijon.

4pm ko for Barca and Real on Saturday. Pain in the ass as Sky won't be able to televise live.

The relegation games are Sunday and the rest with nothing at stake are across the weekend.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 678 ✭✭✭kevovek

Really hope Rayo beat Levante next week. I thought atletico would beat Levante today though nothing to play for and all that.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 21,296 ✭✭✭✭gimmick

Whatever relegates Getafe is good by me

There is no league football in England next saturday. Pretty sure they will be able to show the games live on Saturday.

I think its just 3pm on saturday it doesnt matter if theres league or not. Think its only international football that they could show.

I'm sure the UK and Irish market doesn't feature highly among priorities but it is pretty terrible scheduling if there will be a blackout in the UK.
Could they not have delayed the matches an hour .

Both matches are showing as being Live at 4 pm on the Sky EPG.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,259 ✭✭✭HalloweenJack

Not their problem, the problem is with legislation in the UK.

According to 'Live Football on TV' website, BT are showing the Bayern match at 2.30pm on their channel, how are they getting away with that?

Put money on a draw between Granada and Barcelona.

Very unlikely, but stranger things have happened.

Really want to see Madrid do the double.

Thank **** the games will be shown live. I came on here to have a rant.

Now it's time to relax, and be happy

It'll be all over at HT. Granada are safe so,they'll just treat the game as a end of season friendly. 4-0 Barca.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,740 ✭✭✭✭MD1990

I think Barca will find it tough. I'm sure Real have offered them an incentive & they have some dangerous players on the break with El Arabi,Penenralda & Success ( not sure he is fit though).

    Yes!

Along with a draw in the Barcelona match, I've Ronaldo to score first in a 5-1 win, and have him to score three.
