Cabin Fever was a decent movie, bizarre to remake it just 13 years later though, the obsession with re-makes is getting ridiculous at this stage.

And it even uses the same Script Roth wrote?

Cabin Fever was one of those movies that took me completely by surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed it, its good, cheesey, gross out fun.

The fact its been remade is prolly because the 2 sequels have bombed. While they are not nearly as enjoyable as the first, they have some delightful gore in them.

    I... what? Why?

The director's credentials don't inspire confidence, part of the reason the sequels were so crap was Eli Roth wasn't involved, so making a remake without him? Eh...

The fact they're using the same script is just downright weird. I sure as heck will not pay money to watch, literally in this case, the exact same movie again. I'm usually fairly receptive to remakes but that is just ridiculous.

This must be the laziest remake yet?

Cabin Fever 3 was very mediocre, but I thought Cabin Fever 2 was actually quite good, although it's a lot more tongue in cheek than the first movie.
