Advice on USB 3.0 card

    My PC has a PCI express card for 4 USB 3.0 ports from Inateck.
    Unfortunately it failed, it supplied 12 volts instead of 5 volts and fried my external hdd.
    I will bin the card and need to replace it. Any advice on a very good and reliable 2 to 4 USB 3.0 card?
