Before all you levy lovers go off on one, I honestly believe that Levy has actually given up on taking us forward on the football side of things. Commercially we are doing brilliant, new ground on the horizon, NFL Franchise looks a cert to be residing at said new ground, profits are up year in year out, TV money gravy train oozing in for the foreseeable future... all as we continue to stay in the league. Only thing that gets in the way of the continued excess profits is having to occasionally spend money on players to keep the natives 'happy'. Even then the money actually going out compared to the money coming in is miniscule when it comes to transfers. As long as we remain in the premiership things are going to remain the same imho. Levy sees the club as his meal ticket and Joe lewis is only concerned with the revenue and potential profitability of a sale in the future.
There is no reason to spend excess money to try and get us in to the CL as the money invested doesn't guarantee success and therefore why even bother? The financial gain of a CL campaign isnt significant enough. NO as long as we aint struggling near the relegation zone on the pitch everything is going to plan.

Rant over. But there did indeed used to be a football club over there as Burkenshaw once remarked.

We will never ever be anything other than an also ran unless they invest more in the playing squad... we are in a strong financial position, but our billionaire owner is quite obviously not interested in going to the next level anytime soon...

Our club are a vehicle that ENIC use to increase their wealth - that's it.

anyone that thinks ENIC's ambitions are aligned to the supporters ambitions are absolutely deluded beyond belief

15 years tells you all you need to know about what this mob are good for. Making money for themselves and delivering a financially stable football club (in a period our unprecedented revenue)

ENIC are the biggest fraud in football - but there's coup coming
Did anyone notice the amount of Empty seats today in west lower ?

Our 1st home game - Sat @ 3pm - shocking we didn't sell out although I am happy that supporters are voting with their feet against these frauds
