Received bill email notification for a closed account?

    I received a bill email notification on Friday last (the 14th) for a bill from Eircom. However this account has been closed since February. The email says the bill was for August and the amount was for 28.22.  Can someone investigate this. Thank you.

    I'll pm a/c details etc if requested.

    Apologies for this, I have removed the charges today. They came from direct debit fees which were wrongly applied.

    Received another email notification on the 15th September.

    "Your September bill amount is €0.00" etc.....

    I know the amount is zero, but surely I should not be continuing to receive these emails at this stage?
