Sewing new lawn

    Just bought a new house and the back garden has been completely gravelled with a fountain in the middle. We want to put back in a lawn but can you see lawnseed in October/November? Waiting until next summer would be difficult as we'd never manage to keep kids off it.

    would you be ready by September. good time for sowing lawn seed. I think October would be fine.

    Thanks. Hoping we'll be in by October so plan to tackle it immediately. Dreading it...
