Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fight Pass has all prelims you'll have to pay extra for the PPV though.

How much extra is the main event if you have fight pass?

  • Moderators, Computer Games Moderators Posts: 10,462 Mod ✭✭✭✭Axwell

The event costs the same on ufc.tv regardless of having fight pass or not.

15.99 for SD -17.99 for HD

Clay is so raw and aggressive and entertaining on the feet but he has absolutely no ground game.

For someone with a long amateur boxing record Clay's punching is so wild and erratic.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,683 ✭✭✭Subcomandante Marcos

Ah, lovely cuddles at the end.

Ya Clay at times especially earlier on looked like someone having a laugh sparring and not in an actual fight lucky if it doesn't cost him attempted nearly 220 strikes landed just 80 madness.

    Edit: It did cost him...Clown

clay is a good boxer but if hes that wild againsta top ten hes dead, plus he gassed badly in last round 29- 28 for me unanimous

    Right decision in my opinion.

Ara boo! Shame Jessica couldn't hold on there till the end of the round.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,683 ✭✭✭Subcomandante Marcos

That's weak, you know it's inside the last 10 seconds, take the choke, worst come to worst you fall asleep... Silly by Jessica if you ask me.

Very even till the sub good bout!

i never understood how someone taps so late.

you hear the story of rousey fighting through an armbar and her joint pops out shes like **** it why tap now its already out.

or john jones not taping when he looked done and recovering.

i guess it shows a winners mentality

Especially when it's a choke, you're not risking injury, you're just going to be put to sleep.

That said maybe the choke was on in a weird angle and Jessica was feeling serious pain in her neck and was afraid of a serious neck injury.
    Who knows.

    Who knows.

Exactly, and I think like most people here I'd rather speculate, while eating a packet of salami.

I am speculating while drinking a 10.2% Imperial oatmeal stout and have a pizza in the oven.

No percentage on this salami in front of me, but I'm quietly confident it's well north of 10.2%

Crazy Lineker didn't even flinch at those clatters.

Where is the other Portuguese translator? The awkward chap in the suit. He is part of my Saturday night.

Reminds me of that fat lad who appeared to just make sh!t up when Claudio Ranieri was dealing with the media when manager of Chelsea.

Ah lads....shame that was only a 3 rounder!!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,683 ✭✭✭Subcomandante Marcos

I'm calling it as a split decision in Felder's favour.

Great fight. Great attitude from Ross on winning as well but I can see why Felder is gutted.

As Ross said, has trilogy written all over it.

    Yes Ross! Woohoo! :D

The over all theme tonight seems to be massive amounts of respect between the fighters, lots of end of bout hugs.

That's what we like, keep it playful, show some class, act like you enjoy this sh*t.

im taking a crazy punt on chambers against van zandt

This is actually a really good card lads, delighted I took that nap earlier, I wasn't planning on staying up to watch it, but feck, well worth it!

I've been up since 9, opted against a nap but regretting it now. My daily disposable contacts weren't made for this.

Am I nuts for thinking Dodson might do it tonight?

5 fights left. Have a few bets on none of them going the distance...

Throw on your glasses? I swapped about an hour ago (I stupidly napped with the lenses in!)

No. I don't think he will myself but the gap between them really isn't that large and with Dodson's power and hand speed anything can happen.

Hon Paige! This could be lively, hope so anyway.

Do Mir and Arlovski train at the same gym? How does that work?

Yeah admittedly I have only seen dodson fight a few times but his power for a flyweight is amazing
