Does anyone know anything good for removing a blackhead, a cream or a strip, something you could buy in boots. Any advice I would really appreciate. thanks

The best thing for black heads is a chemical exfoliant. Look in the in the ingredients for a product with containing salicylic acid. You could also try oil cleansing which may help remove and loosen the blackheads.

Do not however use pore strips or anything like that as they can cause broken capillaries and stretched pores. Also are you sure they are blackheads and not sfs. These are caused by your skin over producing sebum which then oxidises and looks like a blackhead. However if you pop sfs you won't get a plug you'll get a soft substance. You can treat them the same as blackheads however they will never fully go away.
