Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Horrible miss but that's the Utd all the fans want to see.

Should have been the dream hat-trick. Dat pace from Shaw and touch from Rooney

AW no. That was a glorious chance and unbelievable from Shaw.

    That touch from Rooney though!

Not bad from a lad with no touch and having a mare of a game.

I will say it again, Rooney is improving.

Shaw did brilliantly there. Superb play. Rooney's lay off deserved more.

Best movement I've seen from utd in years. He had the Hat trick handed t him but he's playing a stormer so can't fault it
    Great play

Romero has a fcuk up in him, I wouldn't be comfortable with him long term

So does every keeper in fairness, he's been excellent so far this season imo.

What a touch by Rooney, Memphis will kill himself for that miss.

Lovely flick from Rooney, it would have been glorious.

Took long enough for him to do one thing right anyway.

**** me what a great goal and brilliant hat trick that would have been... Rooney having a much better second half. Look a bit shakey at the back though which is worrying, better sides would have punished us you feel tonight.

Fantastic game to watch thus far!

I'm starting to think Luke Shaw has a 2 litre turbo engine in that fat arse of his.

Can't remember the last time I enjoyed watching us as much as this.

Shaw is well worth whatever we paid for him, a beast of a player attacking, defending, electric pace he's got the whole package

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,632 ✭✭✭✭Sand

Theres another goal in this game, I just hope United score it.

Absolutely, he can have that position nailed down for the next 10 years or more depending on fitness.

Maybe someone will try and turn him into a winger a la a certain Gareth Bale.

Seems to have a big arse all right. Especially for a top flight footballer!

Think this is a good sub. Will get Rooney more involved which he seems so eager to do when he supposed to be up front.

Did Michael Owen just call Hernandez the best substitute in the world?

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,052 ✭✭✭ParkRunner

Is Romero getting booed or the general backwards play?

No on the beds with the rest of the Madrid players.

I must be the only one that doesn't see anything that resembles Cristiano Ronaldo in Memphis Depay.

Yeah, he's a quality looking player but he's a different sort of attacking player from what I've seen anyway.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,882 ✭✭✭✭klose

Well the belgian league sounds fcuking stupid anyways

    He's more like Hazard IMO

Nice to see us attacking so much. Just need to finish off the chances now and finish this tie

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 42,606 Mod ✭✭✭✭Lord TSC

    Hernandez working those channels well.
