    Hi there,

    I have just received an email from Eircom saying:

    YOur eircom order is in progress and a technician is not required. We will notify you when your service is active. Thank you, eircom."

    I have no order with Eircom at all at present...is this spam?

    It's not spam however it has appeared that a digit was taken down wrong for a mobile number to serve as an alternative contact method for another customer who has recently ordered service from eircom. I have amended this now and you will not receive any further messages.
