Osatu Knapsack - Agitator Falls Off

I have a 15 litre Osatu knapsack sprayer. I cannot get the agitator, the small black elbow that mixes the contents, to stay in place. Every time I go to refill it, the elbow piece is in the bottom of the tank. When I refit it , there does not seem to be anyway to secure it in place. I noticed a little nipple on the syphon,…

I have a 15 litre Osatu knapsack sprayer. I cannot get the agitator, the small black elbow that mixes the contents, to stay in place.
Every time I go to refill it, the elbow piece is in the bottom of the tank. When I refit it , there does not seem to be anyway to secure it in place.
I noticed a little nipple on the syphon, but it is not big enough to hold the arm in place.
Am I missing something or has anyone got any recommendation on how to repair?
