Cheap and SIM Free

Hi
Has anyone see a cheap sim free phone that will allow me to download apps such as viber and whatsapp etc? Other than that I don't really care about other bells and whistles.

Your cheap may be different to another poster's cheap, which both turn out to not be cheap at all, etc.

Minimum spend possible, it's just for going away don't want to bring my own phone incase I lose or damage it, or its gets stolen

Aldi had a good value phone, unlocked for a €100, a couple of weeks ago. Still available in some of their shops. 4.5 inch, Android 5 etc.

It would do the job fine.

He's damn right. You're looking around the €125 mark.
Being honest, grab yourself a Moto G (even a 3G version, so not the latest), and you'll do well.

Fast, well built, and good overall. Plus, if it comes home in one piece (which I doubt it wouldn't), you've got a good up to date phone.

Any cheap sim free smartphones out there that I could pick up for electric picnic? Don't fancy bringing my current phone? The cheaper the better, as long as I can use snapchat Facebook etc
