    They don't have to be high spec, just need them to play a video on rotation & they'll be embedded in acrylic on a stand.

    Cheapest price I've found is €97 each on Amazon

    Prob get them for 50-60 on alibaba but not sure on delivery times.

    +23% vat and if all send together add import duty(i think it will be another 23%).
