windows 10 right click issue

For some reason, whenever I try and right click an icon or file, the computer freezes for a few seconds and the little blue loading icon comes up. because of this new "upgrade" I can no longer make copies of files which is very irritating. This never happened on Windows 7, the OS i was previously running.

Seems strange. What computer is it? What spec is the machine?

FYI holding the ctrl button + c will copy anything you need. And Ctrl + v will paste it...
