Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Error when Registering

    When I click to register as a returning Undergrad an error 404 page shows. Is this happening to anyone else?

    It cant handle the amount of students. Same thing that always happens

    Same for me. I would imagine they are getting a lot of traffic as everyone is trying to register, you are safer to try it again tomorrow.

    I registered for NUIG today and uploaded my photo and that, but feel that the dimensions are off. I'd like to re-upload the photo, but can't figure out how. Anybody got any suggestions?

    Dont worry they'll take your photo when you go to collect your ID anyways. It really doesnt matter if you upload one or not!

    Does anyone have access to their new models on Blackboard yet? I registered on Thursday evening but they still haven't come up. Normally they do within 24 hours...

    I was wondering the same usually after you pay the 224 the automatically change but I still have last years. Let me know if yours change

    There was an announcement on BB that they are having difficulties and the ISS team are on to it so we should see them by the end of the week

    Thanks for that! I've just been checking from the iPhone app so didn't see the announcement. I'm not back until the 14th anyway so I don't mind, was just checking to see I didn't do something wrong!
