Back sweetening cider with real juice

    Hi all, I basically want to back sweet cider with real juice. I have a corny set up so I was going to ferment a batch, kill the yeast, rack to corny, add some fresh juice to taste and carbonate. Anybody do anything like this before, what would be best to kill the yeast?
