Hi there, writing this on behalf of a friend. He is a seperated father working and living in the UK but has a 4 year old son living in Ireland. He comes back every second weekend to see his son, until recently he was staying with his ex partner but she has now moved in with her new partner so this arrangement is no longer viable!
He is looking for accomadation every second weekend usually from friday until early monday morning and sometimes from a thursday evening. B&Bs/hotels are out of his budget and plus not ideal for his son.
Would anyone know of anyone who might suit this arrangment eg. granny flat/log cabin on their house they might be willing to have someone in on a part-time basis, house share with someone who works mon-friday in dublin or someeone who'd like to rent a room to a father and son in their home, possibly other single parents?
His son goes to school in loughshinney in north co dublin so close to this area would be ideal but at this stage he's willing to look at anywhere in north dublin and county!! please help, he's desparate!
