Toyota trc off and vsc lights on

    Hi all.
    I just bought a 2008 Toyota avensis d4d with 128000 Kms privately.
    Driving it last night about 15 mins into my journey the above lights came on but car performance was unchanged, I turned the engine off and on, the lights disappears but after another 15 mins they came back on again.
    Took her today to my mechanic who scanned the codes as co371 yaw rate sensor signal output.
    He deleted the codes but they returned this evening. Anyone any experiences on this issue ?
