Long story short. I had an appointment for my hair wednesday the 19th to get it died light blonde (roots only as the rest is blonde) I attended my appointment and told her the colour im looking for as I was there before for highlights anyway she said the colour would be no problem qnd with that I proceeded. I noticed 2 of the employees bar the one doing my hair was laughing in the cornor but took no notice of it then. At this point the die was washed out and a toner had been applied. After 2 hours of waiting I finally got my hair blowdried and she showed me a before and after picture that looked well. She showed me in the mirror and it looked ok apart for a small bit of yellow but wasnt bad so she told me it will be lighter the next time so I agreed, thanked her and payed 110euro. When I got home my sister pointed out ginger bits under neath my head of hair at the back which I did not see in the hairdressers cause my hair was down. What are my rights on this before I kick of. Hence the fact I told her I have a very important due on saturday the 22nd!! Pissed of now I know why the other 2 girls were laughing!!! Opinions much appreciated! !

It happens...Go back to the salon and get them to rectify?

My wife works in a well known salon as a colour specialist, a lot of her work is rectification of such issues from within her own salon and referrals from others
