Just found out that i will probably be forced to do the 5 year programme in RCSI. Really annoyed as I wanted to do the 6 year programme. Will I be at a big disadvantage for not doing the Foundation Year (mainly because the LC is complete bullshít)?

I'm pretty sure the Foundation year is for students that could struggle to get a grip of a 5-year course. A foundation year in medical school is like taking baby-steps. So if you're capable of taking the 5-year course, then take it! it's more of an advantage because you complete medicine sooner.
