Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How long will it take Mitrovic to get booked against Manchester United?

Will Spurs amount to anything other than just being.. well, Spurs?

Will Big Dick get a rise (eh? eh?) from his Sunderland players or will it just be a big flop?

Will Jose find a genuine result or a fake excuse?

    Sat 22.08.2015:

Manchester United v Newcastle United (12.45pm)
Crystal Palace v Aston Villa (3pm)
    Leicester City v Spurs (3pm)
Norwich City v Stoke City (3pm)
    Sunderland v Swansea City (3pm)
West Ham v AFC Bournemouth (3pm)

So Utd get two Saturday lunchtime KO's in three weeks and Liverpool get two Monday 8 pm games back to back. Why why why?

Liverpool didn't make the CL this year and the EL hasn't started for them yet.

For all the talk about Rooney's dip in form, there's been nothing really said about Harry Kane. Hasn't looked great in the first two games and hasn't started well against Leicester.

Martin Atkinson bottles giving Leicester a clear penalty. Outrageous.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,521 ✭✭✭Giggsy11

Leicester denied clear penalty. Also Harry Kane looks laughably bad.

He's moved out onto the wing. Only 11 touches so far.

I think he is playing as CF but making runs to the channels, but after that he is not able to able to hold the ball.

I have seen him against United and Leicester, in both games he was poor.

    Edit: 11 touches only? :o

Wow, awful indecision from Atkinson, should not be refereeing during the next round of matches at the very least.

Supposedly a bizarre decision at Palace.

Goal for Palace given. Villa protest to the linesman. Ref changes his mind. 0-0. Remarkable

Bournemouth have scored three times as many goals as Manchester Utd.

    West Ham 2 - 3 Cherries.

So then 3 - 4 now easily enough time for 4 - 4 or 3 - 5 otherwise all draws. Someone could be in for a big Pools win (old school reference)

    Sunderland/Swansea was very enjoyable.

If you haven't seen it, check out Pantilimon's save from Gomis' header in the 2nd half. Fantastic.

Yep but mainly because of many pundits thinking he'd be an absolute flop. He has them set up very well.

Do they still give the pools forecast at the end of the results on BBC these days ?

Always liked Ranieri and he was doing a good job at Chelsea as well.

That West Ham/Bournemouth game looked like good fun. Superb goal from Mark Pugh. Very FIFA-esque finish. Cheeky mare.

Looked like a good game. Reckon Cresswell is delighted Jenkinson qas out there...such a dire player.
