Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. You won't get one.

    You won't get one.

    Any point in even trying.

You can still get a ticket in primo anello rosso (the VIP section) via http://www.inter.it but its €300. There are other options for cheaper tickets which aren't overwhelmingly difficult to avail of but I'm not sure whether the rules of Boards let me talk about them. They're not exactly difficult to find though if you want to.

    INTER: 1 Handanovic; 21 Santon, 25 Miranda, 24 Murillo, 5 Jesus; 17 Medel, 83 Melo, 77 Brozovic; 44 Perisic, 10 Jovetic, 9 Icardi.
    Substitutes: 30 Carrizo, 46 Berni, 7 Kondogbia, 8 Palacio, 11 Biabiany, 12 Telles, 13 Guarin, 14 Montoya, 23 Ranocchia, 27 Gnoukouri, 33 D'Ambrosio, 55 Nagatomo, 97 Manaj.

    JUVENTUS: 1 Buffon; 15 Barzagli, 19 Bonucci, 3 Chiellini; 16 Cuadrado, 6 Khedira, 8 Marchisio, 10 Pogba, 33 Evra; 9 Morata, 7 Zaza.
    Substitutes: 25 Neto, 38 Audero, 11 Hernanes, 12 Alex Sandro, 17 Mandzukic, 18 Lemina, 20 Padoin, 21 Dybala, 22 Asamoah, 24 Rugani, 27 Sturaro, 37 Pereyra.

No Guarin!!! First good signal for this match.

The above formations have Inter in a 4-3-3 but I'd say it will be 4-2-3-1.

    Forza Inter!

    Looking forward to this one.

Serie A has been superb this season. Pulling for Inter here!

    Goals galore hopefully.

A borefest of a match with just one score would do me as long as it goes in behind Buffon.

    4-3-1-2 for Inter.

    3-5-2 for Juve.

This ref is definitely going to send at least one player off tonight.

Set the tone when he gave the first yellow to Marchisio for the pull back.

Can't really track back and not book people for those now.

EDIT: Inter all over them - Good save by Buffon off the bar.

The ref seems to have changed his approach, Melo could have been given a 2nd yellow and he doesn't even give a free.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,847 ✭✭✭✭callaway92

Yeh, probably was thinking that there'd be too many reds if he kept going the way he was. Melo v. lucky to still be on.

Our defence is light years ahead of the defence in recent years. Promising from that side of things and we can count the Fiorentina match as a blip. Disappointing not to have beaten them though, they were there for the taking in the first half but we still miss something up front.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,740 ✭✭✭✭MD1990

Barzagli was superb for Juve playing out of position at RB.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,467 ✭✭✭Very Bored

We're starting with Nagatomo and Guarin. That's that then. u3lWw.gif

1-1. Good performance but not nearly clinical enough.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Chiellini is an idiot.

He's always had that nutter streak in him

Might be on my own here but I think Bonucci has been a better defender than chiellini for a while now, Chiellini is way too rash.

You're definitely not on your own. Barzagli has been better too.

I hope today we get Allegri the sacked. :D

I go for Juventus 1- 2 Torino. The ironic winner of Quagliarella

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,790 ✭✭✭Bret Hart

I see it was a case of Deja Vu for poor Torino today in the Turin Derby, again losing too Juve 2-1 with another late winner from Juve by Cuadardo this time.

Inter minus the benched Icardi 1-0 up.
Szczesny should have done better but he's useless so I'm not sure if he could have

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,631 ✭✭✭Dirty Dingus McGee

Guarin is pure sh1te with the ball how the hell is he playing with such a big club like Inter surely they could have someone better than him in midfield.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,839 ✭✭✭Jelle1880

Not Serie A of course, but great to see Parma fans supporting their reformed club in such numbers:

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Milan's kit is like a fat frog mixed with a loop the loop.
As a fan I'm not confident in this game.
Whatever happened Kishna for Lazio. Saw him in the first game & he was the MOTM but don't recall seeing him much since.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 54,640 ✭✭✭✭Headshot

Im absolutely delighted for Milan. Get in

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Lazio similar to Roma last night completely no showed. Mexes scoring was a real ffs moment for their performance. Kishna scored tho after I asked where was he. Felipe Anderson has to be one of if not the most polarising players in Serie A.
Up to 6th now in the tightest league in Europe.

Gianluigi Donnarumma at 16 years of age is starting for Milan again tonight ahead of Diego Lopez. Looks like an incredible talent for someone so young.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,839 ✭✭✭Jelle1880

Milan's defence nowhere at the moment, letting Atalanta do what they want.

Wouldn't know a whole lot about Juve but can any of the fans on here explain to me where it's all gone wrong? I only really watch them in the CL and when they play Roma but I keep up with their results. Has the sale of Pirlo and Tevez been a big factor? And chiellini being in poor form?

They made a lot of signings in the summer but it doesn't seem to have had the desired affect.

Allegri is a rubbish manager. Conte was the real architect that built the Juve team that got to last years final. Allegri just went along with it and the more meddling and changes he makes, the worse they will get

I totally disagree with this. Conte's teams were flat track bullies in Serie A, but were knocked out of Europe as soon as they faced a good side. Conte's team was incredibly predictable. He just played 3-5-2 in every match, used the same tactics and made the same substitutions all the time. Allegri guided basically the same players to the Champions League final.

I think this season will come good yet. I'm convinced there's a very good team bubbling just under the surface of the current side. The likes of Bonucci, Lichtsteiner, Pogba, Lemina, Marchisio, Morata, Dybala could be the nucleus of a top class team. Chiellini has always been overrated and is having a bad season. Hernanes was a mistake, a last minute panic signing by Marotta after failing to get the number 10 Allegri wanted all summer. Pogba has been shíte this season and needs to sort his head out. Juve have also been very unlucky with injuries so far this season. Marchisio, Mandzukic, Khedira, Lichtsteiner, Caceres, Asamoah, Pereyra and probably others that I've forgotten have all missed games already. If the key players are fit and all the signings settle in things will improve.

Samp looked so poor tonight under Montella but Niang played his best game in a Milan shirt. Bonaventura continues to impress me & Romagnoli seems to be bedding in better now.
One question though. Where is Menez?

He was injured and had surgery. He'll be out for a couple more months.

Napoli v Inter.Great match tonight. That is for the title hopes and not for neutrals as both have quite good defensive records.
I have Napoli to win, and I think it will be 1-0

...as I say that I find its not on tv!

It's on BT Sport Europe. There's a cracker of a game ongoing at the moment between Sassuolo and Fiorentina. Fiorentina could have had two penalties in the first 4 minutes.

Inter should be level with that cut back.
Napoli have been poor for long periods especially Insigne and Hamsik. Inter are a total bore of a watch though

What a finish to the game.
