    Heritage Week starts today so try and get out and support some of it.

    Heritage Week 2015

    22 pages of results are coming up here for Dublin City alone. Events include art workshops, National Gallery talks, Easter Rising stuff, art film screenings, costumed guided tours of Dublin, Renaissance event, Casino at Marino and Georgian townhouse tours, guided walk of the Royal canal, loads of architectural history stuff etc. If you've kids, there's tons of stuff.

    They'll scrap it (and Culture Night, on 18th September this year) if they don't think it's getting public support (I'm still waiting for the fantastic Farmleigh Affair, from back in 2008 when Iarla Ó Lionáird played, to be brought back).
