Where did the name Kona come from?

Hi LCD, The world Ironman triathlon champs are held in Kona Hawaii every year (I think you know this though!), when my wife was looking for names she seen it in a top 100 dogs name list somewhere and suggested it. We both do triathlons so thought it was a good name.

Ah.. he still has another 24 hours to enjoy. My cat enjoyed pulling everything off the tree, thought baubles were footballs.. good job we have unbreakables.. or there would be nothing left on the tree. Tree itself is looking a little 'tired' at this stage!

Ours is at deaths door tbh. We did make sure none of our vintage or glass ornaments are on it, we did a display of them elsewhere she couldn't get at thank goodness!!!

This Weekend with the Tintin:

Tintin went for a long walk at nearby parkland. The Tintin was going at maximum speed (5 km/per hour, which is good going for an Oldie of 15 1/3 years)


Next it was on to the beach. Main job was to relax and to contemplate his long life. Meanwhile his human guardian played with her kite.


Went home and straight into bed for a long snooze (2 hours). Repeat after that with walk on beach

Tintin in his wisdom would say "hugs, walks, comfy bed, never been put in Kennel, spent most days driving around with my guardian as he worked, good vet care treating my heart/kidneys problems............hardly ever alone:):)"

three dogs is too much.. we love her, but three is tough! and expensive! we're being wise by understanding that its not right! no matter how cute she is!! hahaha
