Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pool's defensive structure is much better than last season too..players look like they actually know their role within the system - especially when someone's out of position, someone else drops in and fills the gap, and the out of position guy moves to cover another area.

Referee wasting more time than Mignolet.

    Firmino first off I'd say

    On the front foot.

    Better.

Start testing Mignolet now and I'll be happy. :)

He's a right footer centre-half filling in at LB. I don't think you can expect him to bomb down the wing pinging in crosses. For now I'm happy enough with him being solid there.

Don't get me wrong, delighted with him so far, would back him to work on it.

Wonder who Rodgers will put on to shore up the defence if it's still 0-0 with 15 to go.

I'm feeling uncomfortable again. Arsenal stepping it up a bit.

If you're gonna stop the play to delay the game even further, then at least book him to stop him doing it again.

    Poor end product from Giroud

I'd bring Origi on for Firmino. I think he'd be a good option here

Seems to be a change of tact from Liverpool this half. Arsenal getting more chances.

    Decent football from Arsenal

With the pace and aggression levels of the game at the moment, would nearly go for Ings...Origi is better technically, but with a heated game like this I think Ings would get stuck in and win the scrappy balls.

Hopefully Lucas doesn't do his, tank on 60 minutes, routine.

    Can't afford to sub him.

Coutinho should have pressed on there, Jordon Ibe coming on...

    Firmino off.

Skrtl really lacking for pace there.

    Ridiculously soft yellow

The tide has turned. Arsenal to be ahead by 70th minute.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,948 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

Ibe on. Would rather Ings or Origi

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 630 ✭✭✭Idioteque

Just a gentle backwards hug from Strtel

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

    Where's the RB there?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,480 ✭✭✭✭cson

    "Won" that free did Sanchez.

    Skyrtl just shoved him!

I don't get why Liverpool are time wasting. They were all over Arsenal in the first half, hit the post twice and all of a sudden they're scared.

    Ibe on for Firmino.

    You can't do that!

Arsenal on top since the break though.

    Firmino fairly average I thought.

He barely touched off him, sanchez was on the way down almost before the "push"

Should be winning 16-1 based on this run of play

I'm going to miss Coutinho next season.

He shoved him, didn't play the ball. Professional foul, yellow card. What's the issue???

Considering the circumstances I was pretty happy with him. Got much more involved than Lallana has been, plenty of good covering, and looked assured with the ball at his feet.

Plenty more to come from him.

Ref booking Gabriel to even things up.

True, but you'd expect Bournemouth or Watford to be wasting time. Not Liverpool, at 0-0.

Liverpool running out of gas now perhaps?
